These associated aches and pains are sometimes called upper limb disorders (ULDs) or repetitive strain injuries (RSI), but these problems can be avoided by following good practice.

This course is designed for DSE users, assessors, line managers, HR Personnel, IT Technician and those with responsibility for managing the risks of DSE use.
Duration:
Half Day (4 hours) We are flexible with starting times to meet the needs of your business. This training can be delivered in your workplace anywhere in the Liverpool, Manchester and across the North Wales area.
Course aims:
This course will allow you to train your staff as in-house DSE assessors. As well as demonstrating legal compliance with the (DSE) Regulations, this course will help improve the health and safety culture in your workplace.

Includes a practical assessment of undertaking DSE, diagnosing potential ill health related conditions and implementing practical solutions. Course content also includes:

Assessment and Certification:
Candidates will be continually assessed during the course by the tutor. All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance on successful completion of the course.
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) recommend that this training should be refreshed every 2 years.
